Version 1.0.1 is the first update for Baldi's Basics Classic Remastered. It was released on October 21, 2022, shortly after the release.

- Removed captions for button and lever sounds.
- Added several captions that were accidentally omitted in the previous version.
- Fixed a bug that caused 1st Prize to make a slam noise when cutting his wires while moving at a high speed.
- Made secret tweaks to undisclosed things to prevent classified confusion.
- The player can look backwards while jumping rope.
- Baldi is meant to not mention the shiny quarter in Party Style. That means Baldi no longer saying "a shiny quarter!" anymore.
- Probably some other small tweaks.

This version is exclusive to the Windows version of the game and can be considered the second update of the game. It was also released on October 21, 2022, and fixes the Windows version of V1.0.1's 5 item-slot bug.
