While most of these tracks (although not all) are used for mystman12's Kickstarter campaign video about Baldi's Basics Plus and are composed by mystman12's sister, the rest of these tracks are highly likely to be used for the full game upon its release. Besides the available OST video, the "Baldi's Basics Kickstarter Madness Soundtrack" album can be downloaded from Dropbox.

  • The music was made by using Music Maker that comes from an old software called Adventure Maker.[1]
  • The music sounds like a .midi file which a lot of 90s games used to cut back storage space, although the music for Baldi's Basics series was made to make the game feel more "90s" and nostalgic.
  • The music in Baldi's Basics Classic, Baldi's Basics Birthday Bash and all demos, despite sounding like a .midi, is saved as .wav files in the game files. This is because mystman12 converted the .midi files to .wav since Unity does not support MIDI files.
    • In the full game, however, the MIDI format is recoded into the game. Only mus_school and mus_intro are using this format, however.
  • Some of the music sounds rather repetitive. It may be a reference to when ejecting a CD-ROM while a game is running, most of the music will be reduced to only a few notes, repeated.

  • Since the music has been changed to MIDI Format, some glitches may occur. In particular, sometimes many music notes will play all at once in the intro.
    • Another case is if you start a new game, exit out, and start another game before the intro music can play, the school music will play for a split second before restarting from the beginning.
