"Baldi's Schoolhouse" is a music track for the Baldi's Basics series.

Description and usage

The track is a 1990s-styled, nostalgic song that plays at the start during the game. The track later loops, but will stop playing when Baldi starts his chase in Baldi's Basics Plus, and when the player gets the answer wrong on either one of two beginning notebooks in Baldi's Basics Classic, Birthday Bash, and Classic Remastered. This music does not play in challenges.

Baldi's Basics - Field Trip demo: Camping does not have this track along with "That's Me!".

Note: The following content may have spoilers for the deep lore.
In Classic Remastered, this music track does not play on NULL/Glitch Style.

General

• According to mystman12's livestream, he completed this track in 10 minutes, with little to no regard for how good or terrible it sounded, although he thinks it turned out well.
• A remix of this track can be heard in "Dr. Reflex hammering for 1 hour (Dr. Reflex plushie available now!)", featuring a Brass instrument over the Piano, a Tuba over the cuicas, and high hats.

Baldi's Basics Plus

• Unlike Baldi's Basics Classic and Birthday Bash, this track will restart right after the final note is played.
• Prior to V0.3, the track still played in field trips if the player entered the field trip while Baldi was not triggered.

Glitches

Baldi's Basics Plus

• If starting a new game, exit out, and start another game before "That's Me!" plays, this track will play for a split second before restarting from the beginning.
• From V0.3 to V0.5.2, if going on a field trip while Baldi is still counting, when getting back to the school, the music would not be playing anymore.
• If opening the advanced map while the track is playing and then the advanced map is clicked out of, then the track will abruptly pause.
  • The time for the pause depends on when the map is pulled up during the track.
• Prior to V0.3.3, if opening the pause menu or advanced map screen, and exiting out of the game, the music would continue playing.
• In V0.3.3 and V0.3.4, some or all notes were played at once after resuming the game.
